Skills Required:
* Responsible for servicing IT requirements from US based clients.
* Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.
* Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice etc)
* Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
* Maintaining Database on Daily basis.
* Coordinating with the Sales Mangers on Day to Day basis.
* Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining good submittal to Interview/Placement ratio.
Job Profile:
* Recruitment Strategy & Selection for an IT Company
* Joining formalities of new employees.
* Induction of new employees.
* Employee appraisal, employee engagement, motivation and grievances.
* Employee database creation and updation
* Vendor management and discussions
* Reporting various MIS Reports to the Management
* Policy creation, updation and implementation across organization
* Training and identification of training needs in the organization.
* KRA and KPI implementation across organization.
