* Software skills: CATIA/UG/Pro/E, DELMIA/PLM-ENOVIA/TC/Windchill, Windows/UNIX/LINUX Administration

Competencies Required for Performance:

* Must have a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
* Basic Training on above stated products
* Onsite support on above mentioned CAD/PLM products
* Must be able to communicate effectively with Partners, customers, peers, and management

Job Description:

Provide timely, technically accurate solutions/support for the above mentioned products..
Continuously Build technical expertise.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and personnel.
Responsible for providing technical support to customers on DS solutions - ENOVIA V6.
