REQUIREMENT: Security Operations Executive

TEAM: Physical Security

QUALIFICATION: Graduate + NCC “C” Certificate (mandatory)

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 0 - 3 yrs

AGE: 20 - 26 years

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1.       Reporting in to the Location Security Manager (LSM) and operating in 24/7 shifts as assigned by the LSM.

2.       Responsible for the effective management of the integrated Physical Security Guard force.

3.       The following domains under physical security operations are under the charter of Security Executive:

a.                    Guard Force Management              

b.                   Access Control system

c.                    Security Operation Centre

d.                   Investigation               

e.                   Visitor Management                                                          

f.                     Upkeep of Security equipments through vendors

g.                    Emergency Management                                                         

h.                   Material Movement                                                    

i.                      Vendor Management                                                          

j.                     Parking Management

4.       Coordinating with the peer functions to ensure smooth functioning of Security operations and equipments.

5.       Preparing and handling audits and timely closure of observations.       

6.       Conducting surprise Audits in the Area of responsibility and escalate findings to the department heads.

7.       Identifying vulnerabilities and threats to Key Assets and share the risks foreseen to LSM.

8.       Ensuring the SLA compliance for No Dues Clearances for employees on separation.

9.       Initiation of SITREP (Situation Report) and timely reports & Returns.

10.   Undertaking other duties as can reasonably be expected which are commensurate with the role.

11.   Approving the bills on MOS (Manpower Outsourcing) and other maintenance bills for correctness before producing the same for LSM’s approval.
