Eligibility of the students : B.E./B.Tech (all streams) with 60% and above in 10^th, 12^th & Engineering without any live backlog. The candidates should have good communication skills. Passed out in 2009 or 2010.

Selection Process :

1.                 Pre-Assessment Training by CMC Ltd on Vocabulary, GD&HR, English Grammar, Arithmetic and Reasoning.

2.                 Selection Rounds  by the MNC. This comprises of a) Aptitude test b) Technical round c) Communication Round

3.                 Selected candidates undergo Technical Training  in CMC Ltd. on the specifications of the MNC. The  mid-assessment, final assessment will lead to offer letter by MNC

4.                 Finally onboard with the MNC.

Job Profile :

•        Remote Monitoring and maintain client infrastructure like servers, Operating system, database , networks

•        Support client on troubleshooting issues.

•        Understanding problems and providing remote solutions

•        Escalation of issues to specialized groups

•        Co-ordination with customers and support groups

•        Willing to work in shifts if required

•        Willing to relocate to any where in India

Salary CTC  :  Rs.3.0 Lakhs per annum.
