Job Description
- Ensure that the calls are answered as per procedures
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
- Ensure that the quality of the calls is in compliance with predefined parameters
- Identify potential areas for process improvements & highlight the same to the TL
- Provide the relevant process reports on a on a daily basis
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
- Provide process training to new team members to facilitate their levels of performance –
- mentor
/ mentee relationship
Desired Candidate Profile

Basic Require
- Excellent command over spoken TAMIL and ENGLISH language IS A MUST.
- Under Graduate/ Graduate with Computer literacy (MS Office & Domain knowledge)
- This role is primarily responsible for taking inbound calls as per the SLAs outlined by
- the client.
Technical Skills
- Basic IT, Comfortable with computers, Telephone handling/etiquette skills
Soft Skills
- Business Etiquette
- Strong verbal/oral and written communication skills. Pleasing personality with an
- assertive voice
- Excellent communication skills
- Voice and listening comprehension
- Should be proactive in providing consistent quality service
- Self Discipline, Listening, Patience are some desirable skills.
- Fair numeric aptitude, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a fast paced highly stressful environment
